There is no right or wrong way to run your business but there are strategies that have helped leaders setup and scale more successfully. Wouldn't it be great to get others perspectives on your business challenges so you can learn from their experiences?
Join The Good Business Club for our Pop Up Problem Solving session where change-makers come together to solve business challenges collectively.
This is an intimate, powerful peer-support session where you will get time to work on any challenge you bring to the group and we can promise you'll leave with at least one action that will help you move your business forward.
If you are bringing a challenge to work through, these sessions are best used to explore one challenge you are currently facing.
Challenges we've supported change-makers with through these sessions include;
What questions can we be asking when exploring a new partnership with another business
How do we create a more impactful pipeline that attracts the RIGHT clients
How do I build a team
How do I go about developing new income streams to make sure my business is sustainable
What model can we develop to work well with freelancers
How do I set the right price for my customers
How do we develop meaningful messaging for a variety of stakeholders
Take some time to get clear on what you'd like to focus the session on.
